Its very simple my friend! according to the marketing principles they teach us in School of economy (MARKETING) there are several ways to optain information. one them is an investigation on the market you are conducting that is throuth polls and intreviews( personal and non-PERSONAL) also if you work for a company all that information is already given to you to reach the client and give them a personalize treatment. When the companies have a decition problem to be solved they ask speciazialed angencies who facilitated this kind of information through the process of investigation or marketing research.
